Vbeyond Corporation is seeking a skilled US IT Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for US IT positions. You will source top IT talent through portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases, screening based on technical and location needs.

Collaborate with account managers, sales, and hiring managers to meet requirements, conduct initial screenings, and drive timely submissions. Knowledge of W2, C2C, and Contract-to-Hire models is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for US IT roles from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
• Review resumes and assess candidates on technical skills, location, and work authorization.
• Collaborate with Account Managers, Sales teams, and Hiring Managers to align requirements and submission criteria.
• Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate experience, communication, and expectations.
• Demonstrate knowledge of US IT technologies, job titles, and hiring trends.
• Handle candidates across W2, C2C, and Contract-to-Hire models.
• Verify candidate details including work authorization and employment history.
• Maintain a robust candidate pipeline and timely submissions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment life cycle for US IT positions, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and on boarding coordination.
• Source qualified IT professionals through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Review resumes and assess candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, work authorization, availability, and job requirements.
• Work closely with Account Managers, Sales teams, and Hiring Managers to understand job requirements, client expectations, and submission criteria.
• Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate technical experience, communication skills, interest level, compensation expectations, and notice period.
• Demonstrate a working understanding of US IT technologies, job titles, skill sets, and current hiring trends.
• Handle candidates across different employment models, including W2, C2C, and Contract/Contract-to-Hire, as applicable.
• Verify candidate details, including work authorization, employment history, location, availability, and other required documentation.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and ensure timely submissions against active requirements.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and maintain regular communication regarding interviews, feedback, offers, and joining dates.
