Job summary

Akaasa Infotech Noida is seeking a skilled Technical Recruiter to manage IT requirements for US-based clients. You will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates through various channels, ensuring a quick turnaround time in delivering qualified candidates.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing the recruitment lifecycle, along with a solid understanding of US Tax Terms and proven experience working on W2 requirements.

Work Days: Monday Friday

Job Requirements

• Hands‑on experience in managing the complete recruitment lifecycle (requirements gathering, sourcing, screening, negotiation, submission, follow‑ups, interviews, and onboarding).
• Good knowledge of US Tax Terms and Visa classifications.
• You must have proven experience working on W2 requirements.
• Experience working with T1/Prime Vendors will be preferable.
• Strong sourcing skills using Job Portals, Internal Databases, and Vendor Networks.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage IT requirements for US‑based clients (T1/Prime Vendor).
• Understand client hiring needs and deliver qualified candidates with quick turnaround time.
• Source & screen candidates through multiple channels including job portals and professional networks.
• Edit & format resumes for consistency before presenting to clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with candidates and vendors by providing timely updates.

Education:

Any graduate with a good understanding of IT concepts.
