Intellisoft Technologies is seeking an enthusiastic Fresher Technical Recruiter to join their talent acquisition team in Noida. This role is designed for fresh graduates interested in building a career in recruitment and HR within the IT industry.

The ideal candidate will support hiring for IT and technical roles and assist throughout the recruitment process while following best practices.

Qualifications

• Basic communication skills required for candidate interactions.
• Eagerness to learn about recruitment tools and practices.
• No prior experience needed; freshers are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Understand job requirements for IT and technical roles.
• Source candidates through various platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment trackers.
• Communicate with candidates regarding interview status.

Skills

Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies

Good communication skills (verbal and written)

Willingness to learn recruitment tools

Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets

Strong interest in HR and recruitment

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Understand job requirements for IT and technical roles (developers, testers, engineers, etc.)
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR/telephonic interviews
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment trackers
• Communicate with candidates regarding interview status and feedback
• Assist in offer rollout and joining formalities
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Learn and follow recruitment best practices and compliance

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies (training will be provided)
• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
• Willingness to learn recruitment tools and job portals
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Strong interest in HR and recruitment
• Good attitude, discipline, and eagerness to grow

• Internship or certification in HR / Recruitment
