Job summary

SourcingXPress in Coimbatore is seeking an IT recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and technical roles, from sourcing to closing.

You will screen resumes, coordinate interviews, assess technical and behavioral competencies, maintain pipelines, negotiate offers, and ensure a positive candidate experience while tracking hiring metrics.

• Maintain candidate pipelines and talent pools for future hiring needs.
• Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate offer rollouts.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Track recruitment metrics and prepare hiring reports.
• Stay updated on technology trends, market intelligence, and recruitment best practices.
