Acme Services Private Limited seeks a seasoned IT recruitment leader to manage end-to-end hiring for permanent and contract roles in Mumbai. You will partner with hiring managers, handle key client accounts, and drive delivery across Java, .NET, Python, SAP, Cloud, DevOps, and AI/ML portfolios.

You will mentor a team of recruiters, optimize sourcing channels, and monitor recruitment metrics to ensure timely closures while delivering an excellent candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Lead and manage end-to-end IT recruitment for permanent and contract hiring.
• Handle key client accounts and build relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Drive recruitment delivery across technologies including Java, .NET, Python, SAP, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, Testing, ERP and Infrastructure.
• Manage, mentor, and train a team of IT recruiters to achieve hiring and revenue targets.
• Allocate requirements, monitor productivity, and ensure timely closures.
• Develop sourcing strategies using portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, and talent mapping.
• Conduct requirement sessions with clients and provide market intelligence and salary benchmarking.
• Monitor metrics like TAT, submission ratio, interview-to-offer, and recruiter productivity.
