Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience in technical hiring.
• Tech background preferred (Engineering/IT/CS or similar exposure).
• Strong understanding of IT roles, skills, and hiring challenges.
• Comfortable in a fast-moving, outcome-driven environment.
• Clear communicator with proactive ownership.
