Job summary

Tarento Group in Bengaluru is seeking a data-driven HR professional with 0-2 years in HR Operations, HR Analytics or HR Generalist to drive HR processes, analytics, and automation.

You will work with HR, Finance and business teams, leveraging data, AI and automation to enhance the employee experience and HR efficiency.

Qualifications

• MBA/PG in HR or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle.
• Strong Excel skills – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end onboarding, induction and documentation.
• Support payroll, reimbursements and HR-related queries.
• Maintain accurate employee data and HRMS records.
• Assist HR audits and compliance activities.
• Plan and coordinate employee engagement initiatives.
• Analyze HR data and prepare headcount, attrition and engagement reports.
• Build HR reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI.
• Support global mobility/immigration processes for international employees.
• Identify opportunities to automate HR processes using AI and digital tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve the employee experience.

About The Role

We are looking for a high-energy, curious and data-driven HR professional to join our HR team. This role offers hands-on exposure to HR Operations, Employee Experience, HR Analytics, Payroll, Compliance and Global Mobility, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a strong and future-ready HR career.

You will work closely with employees, HR, Finance and business stakeholders while using data, technology, AI and automation to make HR processes smarter and more efficient.

What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end employee onboarding, induction and documentation.

• Analyse HR data and prepare reports on headcount, attrition, retention, engagement and other HR metrics.
• Build HR reports and dashboards using Advanced Excel and Power BI.
• Support global immigration / work visa processes for international employees.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes through automation, AI and digital tools.
• Work with multiple stakeholders to continuously improve the employee experience.

What We're Looking For

• 0-2 years of experience in HR Operations / HR Generalist / HR Analytics.
• MBA / PG in HR or equivalent.
• Good understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle.
• Strong Excel skills – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis, etc.
• Exposure to Power BI and HR analytics.
• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and ownership mindset.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn new HR technology, AI and automation tools.
• Exposure to global mobility/immigration will be an added advantage.
