As a hands-on Technical Recruiter, you’ll own end-to-end tech hiring, partner with founders and tech teams, and drive a high-quality candidate experience. We value collaboration, speed, and accountability, offering a dynamic environment where your tech perspective helps shape hiring

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of experience in technical hiring.
• Tech background preferred (Engineering / IT / Computer Science or similar).
• Strong understanding of IT roles, skills, and hiring challenges.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, outcome-driven environment.
• Clear communicator with a proactive, ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end hiring for tech roles (engineering, data, cloud, SAP, and niche skills).
• Partner closely with founders, leaders, and tech teams to understand real hiring needs.
• Proactively source and engage strong tech talent (not just wait for resumes).
• Screen candidates with a solid understanding of tech stacks and roles.
• Drive a smooth, high-quality candidate experience from first call to offer.
• Keep hiring data clean and insights sharp using ATS and dashboards.

About the Role
