About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will source, attract, and hire top IT professionals to support global business needs in a fast‑paced, multicultural setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment cycle for IT roles, from requirement gathering to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and social media.
• Screen and evaluate candidates for technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule technical interviews with internal teams and clients.
• Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate information.
• Negotiate salary offers and ensure smooth offer‑to‑joining transitions.

• Stay updated with latest trends in technology hiring and market insights.
• Strong understanding of IT technologies and terminologies.
• Excellent sourcing skills using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and social platforms.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and deadlines efficiently.
• Experience with ATS tools (e.g., Workday, Taleo, Naukri RMS) preferred.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT, or related field.
• 3‑5 years of IT recruitment experience (corporate or agency).
• Prior experience recruiting for MNCs or global technology clients preferred.
• Strong knowledge of current market trends in IT hiring.
