Job summary

Dautom in Bangalore is seeking a passionate Technical Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, sourcing talent via LinkedIn, Naukri, portals, referrals, and build a strong candidate pipeline.

You will screen candidates, coordinate interviews, manage salary discussions, and work closely with hiring managers to meet targets with quality hires in a fast-paced environment.
