Location: Bommanahalli, Bangalore

Shift timing: Mon to Fri, 9.30 am to 6.30 pm IST

Role & Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end recruitment for technical and engineering positions.
• Identify and engage talent through LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and networking channels.
• Conduct candidate screening calls and evaluate technical qualifications.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure timely communication throughout the hiring process.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Support employer branding efforts and recruitment marketing initiatives.
• Improve hiring processes and drive recruitment best practices.
