Job summary

Bootminds is looking for a Technical Recruiter in Bengaluru to source, screen and interview qualified technical candidates across diverse technologies. You will partner with hiring managers to understand needs and manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a strong candidate pipeline and an excellent experience.

Ideal candidates have 1–5 years in IT recruitment, strong communication, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work independently or in a team within a fast-paced environment.
