Job summary

TRUGlobal is hiring an IT Recruiter / Technical Recruiter in Bengaluru. The role targets freshers to candidates with up to 1 year of experience, focusing on sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for IT roles.

The ideal candidate will understand IT positions such as Developers, Testers, Support Engineers, and DevOps, with strong communication and organizational skills to manage multiple openings efficiently.

Qualifications

• Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in recruitment (IT recruitment preferred).
• Basic understanding of IT roles such as Developers, Testers, Support Engineers, DevOps, etc.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of sourcing techniques and job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, references, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes to assess candidate suitability based on technical requirements.
• Conduct initial HR screening calls to evaluate communication skills, technical understanding, and cultural fit.
• Maintain and update candidate database and pipeline regularly.
• Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Coordinate feedback and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience at every stage.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and technical skill sets.
• Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions on various platforms.
• Support senior recruiters in fulfilling bulk or niche hiring requirements.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and daily/weekly hiring reports.
• Update ATS/CRM systems with candidate information and status.
• Ensure proper documentation of candidate records and offer details.
