Job summary

Actevia Technology Services in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for automotive and embedded technology roles.

You will source and screen candidates for IT/Automotive, Embedded, AUTOSAR, ADAS, ECU, Testing, and Software, coordinate interviews, feedback, offers and onboarding.

Additionally you will maintain candidate trackers and work closely with hiring managers to close requirements within tight timelines.

• Manage Naukri, LinkedIn, Boolean/X-Ray sourcingand candidate pipelines.
• Understand technical JDs and evaluate candidates against mandatory skills.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding.
• Maintain candidate trackers and provide regular hiring updates.
• Work closely with hiring managers and clients to close requirements within timelines.
