Job description

We are looking for an experienced Automotive Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment for the Automotive/Engineering domain and be comfortable handling technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Automotive and Engineering requirements.
• Source and screen candidates for technical roles across the Automotive domain.
• Work on requirements involving: CATIA / CADEmbedded Systems, AUTOSAR, MATLAB / Simulink, Automotive Software & Engineering roles
• Understand job requirements and effectively screen candidates based on technical skill sets.
• Use Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals for candidate sourcing.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and upcoming requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate technical interviews.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure smooth interview and offer closure.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular updates on hiring progress.
• Work closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver suitable candidates within timelines.

Required Skills

• 2-4 years of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition, preferably in the Automotive domain.
• Good understanding of Automotive technical skill sets and engineering profiles.
• Hands-on experience sourcing candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job boards.
• Strong candidate screening and communication skills.
• Ability to understand technical JDs and identify relevant profiles.
• Good follow-up, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
