You will source, evaluate, and align candidates to client requirements, participate in client calls, and help reduce hiring cycles while maintaining high candidate quality.

We work with product companies, IT services firms, IT staffing companies, startups and universities, including XpressBees, Tekion, Nykaa, Rakuten, Yubi, KreditBee, M2P and Gainwell.

Intervue was founded in 2021, is headquartered in Bengaluru, and is a team of 120+ people.

We are now building our marketing function from the ground up.

Responsibilities:

• Source and evaluate candidates for active client requirements, ensuring alignment with role-specific criteria.
• Review existing candidate profiles and interview outcomes to identify suitable candidates.
• Participate in client calls to understand hiring criteria, technical expectations, and evaluation parameters.
• Support client acquisition and deal closures by aligning recruitment capabilities with client requirements.
• Analyze candidate profiles, technical skills, and interview feedback to improve candidate-client fit.
• Identify rejection trends and implement measures to improve selection ratios.
• Collaborate with recruitment teams to enhance candidate quality and alignment with client expectations.
• Re-engage candidates from the existing talent pool for current and upcoming requirements.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs, including selection ratios, rejection rates, and candidate conversion rates.
• Analyze client feedback and interview outcomes to improve candidate screening and evaluation.
• Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve bottlenecks and expedite hiring decisions.
• Maintain accurate recruitment pipeline data and provide actionable insights to improve hiring efficiency and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in IT services, staffing, recruitment consulting, or a technology-focused organization.
• Strong understanding of technical roles and the ability to assess candidate profiles against client requirements.
• Experience analysing recruitment metrics, interview feedback, selection ratios, and rejection trends.
• Strong client-facing communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to understand client requirements, identify suitable talent, and facilitate effective hiring discussions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on improving selection rates and reducing recruitment turnaround time.
• A proactive, data-driven approach with the ability to manage multiple client requirements in a fast-paced environment.
