Job summary

Motadata is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to own end-to-end hiring for a fast-growing B2B SaaS/product company. You will partner with Engineering, Product, Sales, and Customer Success to understand staffing needs and build strong pipelines.

You will source candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, Naukri, and other channels, screen for technical skills and product mindset, and manage interviews, offers, and onboarding.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of technical recruitment experience, including 2+ years in B2B SaaS/product companies.
• Experience hiring across Backend, Frontend, Full Stack, AI/ML, Data, DevOps, Cloud, SRE, QA, Product, Sales, Presales, and Customer Success roles.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Cloud, APIs, Databases, Microservices, Kubernetes, Docker, and enterprise tech.
• Hands-on expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Naukri, Boolean/X-Ray Search, ATS, and market mapping.
• Strong stakeholder management, salary benchmarking, negotiation, and talent pipelining skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
