• Track and report hiring metrics to improve process efficiency and candidate experience.
• Stay up-to-date with hiring trends and market intelligence in the tech ecosystem.

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter who can take ownership of end-to-end hiring for both technical and non-technical roles across the organization. You will play a key role in building a high-performing team by identifying, engaging, and hiring exceptional talent for niche and critical positions in our growing product-based B2B company.

Responsibilities:

• Own the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand hiring needs, team structures, and role requirements.
• Source top talent through creative channels, LinkedIn, GitHub, AngelList, communities, referrals, and more.
• Drive hiring for niche technical roles (e. g., backend engineers, DevOps, data engineers, and product managers) as well as non-tech roles (e. g., marketing, customer success, design, and sales).
• Assess candidates for technical fit, culture fit, and long-term potential.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Track and report hiring metrics to improve process efficiency and candidate experience.
• Stay up-to-date with hiring trends and market intelligence in the tech ecosystem.
