WovVTech is seeking an entry-level onsite support professional to install software, assist with brand integrations at client sites, and perform audits. The role involves handling first-level escalations and maintaining a knowledge base to improve service delivery.

Candidate should have 0–1 year of technical/onsite support experience, POS understanding, and strong Excel/Word MIS reporting skills, along with knowledge of IIS, FTP, SFTP, firewall and cloud server concepts.
