Job summary

Digitide in Naroda, Ahmedabad is seeking an IT Support Technician to deliver desktop support, software installation, and end-user assistance from a base in Naroda. You will resolve Windows issues, configure Outlook/Office 365, and manage user accounts in Active Directory.

Additionally, you will handle basic network tasks (DNS/DHCP, TCP/IP), printer setups, and coordinate through ticketing systems like ServiceNow, ManageEngine, Jira, or Remedy.

Qualifications

• Candidate should provide desktop support and basic troubleshooting experience.
• Proficiency with Windows OS, Office 365 apps, and AD user management.
• Familiarity with ticketing tools and basic networking concepts.
