Job summary

NIIT Limited is seeking a skilled SAP SuccessFactors Technical Consultant with hands-on experience in multiple SF modules, including Recruiting (RCM), Onboarding (ONB), Employee Central (EC), Reporting, PMGM, and Compensation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuration, integration, reporting, and ongoing support.

The role emphasizes ensuring accurate data flows between RCM, ONB, and EC, troubleshooting issues, and participating in releases and validations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation/support.
• Strong expertise in RCM, ONB, EC, Reporting, PMGM, and Compensation.
• SF module certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding processes including new hire activities and task configuration.
• Maintain onboarding workflows, roles, and business rules.
• Ensure accurate data flow from RCM to Onboarding and EC.
• Troubleshoot onboarding task failures and data synchronization issues.
• Configure and maintain Foundation Objects, MDF Objects, Event Reasons, workflows, and business rules.
• Support employee lifecycle events such as hire, transfer, job changes, termination, and rehire.
• Maintain Corporate and Country-Specific Data Models.
• Perform employee data imports and mass data updates.
• Maintain and troubleshoot Role-Based Permissions (RBP).
• Manage permission groups and target populations.
• Support access reviews and audit requirements.
• Support data imports, picklists, and data validations across RCM, ONB, and EC.
• Execute unit testing, regression testing, and UAT support activities.
• Assist during SAP SuccessFactors bi-annual releases and preview validations.
• Provide L1 production support and maintain issue documentation.
