Job summary

New Vision Softcom & Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. in Pune (APAC region) seeks a Global SAP SuccessFactors EC Configuration Consultant to drive rollout and adoption of SAP SuccessFactors as the global HRIS.

You will partner with global offices, support localization, and advise on functional requirements and deployment approaches. The role requires hands-on experience with Employee Central data models, business rules, workflows, and security.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years experience with SAP SuccessFactors
• Minimum 3 full cycle end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors with Employee Central
• Valid SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification with updated Credly link
• Strong communication, technical and remote collaboration skills
• Excellent organization, analytical, planning and leadership skills
• Experience coordinating across multiple projects and cross-functional teams in a large matrix organization

Responsibilities

• Facilitate rollout and adoption of SAP SuccessFactors as global HRIS to offices worldwide
• Lead discussions with global stakeholders for localization workshops and adoption of SuccessFactors
• Advise on functional requirements and key program decisions for global offices
• Collaborate with client facing and delivery teams to elicit and implement requirements
• Provide leading-practice recommendations on standardized SuccessFactors deployment
• Ensure timely escalations, project metrics and status reporting within project teams
• Manage user access, security and S-User provisioning
• Coordinate with Integration Team to resolve data flow/interface issues
• Maintain standard SAP workbooks with changes over iterative cycles
• Support SIT and UAT cycles with defect resolution and workbook updates

Job Title: Global SAP SuccessFactors EC Configuration Consultant

• Facilitate the rollout and adoption of SAP SuccessFactors as the new Global HRIS (SAP SuccessFactors) to offices around the world
• Facilitate discussions with key stakeholders in global offices to support engagement activities, localization workshops and adoption of SuccessFactors
• Act as advisor and subject matter expert on functional requirements and key program decisions to global offices
• Participate with client facing and technical delivery teams to ensure the efficient elicitation and implementation of business solution functional requirements and non-functional requirements
• Provide leading-practice recommendations on standardized SuccessFactors implementation methodology and deployment activities
• Accountable for the timeliness and accuracy of necessary escalations, applicable project metrics and status reporting within a project team and to client stakeholders for your area of responsibility
• User Access and Security Management: Manage permissions, roles, and access rights (RBP) to ensure data security and compliance and S-User ID provisioning.
• Collaboration with Integration Team: Work closely with integration developers and external system owners to resolve data flow or interface issues.
• Strong hands on configuration experience with Employee Central – Data Models, MDF objects, Business Rules, Latest People Profile, Event Derivation, Workflows, Role Based Permissions, Story Reporting, Transport Tool.
• Maintain standard SAP workbooks with changes per iterative cycle.
• Support SIT and UAT test cycles with defect resolution, configuration changes, and workbook updates.

Qualifications

Required:

• At least 5 years experience with a minimum of 3 full cycle end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors with Employee Central
• Valid SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification with updated link in Credly.
• Strong communication, technical and remote collaboration skills
• Excellent organization, analytical, planning and leadership skills
• Experience in dealing with multiple projects and cross-functional teams and ability to coordinate across teams in a large matrix organization environment Strong relationship building and consulting skills
• Fosters a climate conducive to establishing positive working relationships with clients and cross functional team members

Preferred:

• Knowledge of SAFe methodology
• Experience in other SAP SuccessFactors modules such as PMGM, RCM etc..
