Job summary

A leading consulting firm in India is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant. This role involves implementing and supporting SAP/SF modules to enhance client business functionality and satisfaction. The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of experience in SAP SF EC, strong functional knowledge, and a certification in SF modules. You'll analyze business processes, design solutions, and deliver within deadlines as part of a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Must possess minimum of 1-3 years of experience in SAP SF EC or one implementation and support project.
• Minimum one life-cycle implementation of any SF modules is required.
• Strong functional knowledge of the SAP SuccessFactors system is essential.

Responsibilities

Job

• Work with other line functions to collect or provide relevant data
• The Consultant facilitates the implementation and support of SAP/SF modules to enhance the clients’ business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction
• Design, configuration and testing in various SAP SF Modules: EC, PMGM, RM, on boarding, Succession Development, LMS Etc.
• Analyze the current business processes and scenarios of the client and recommend/develop solutions to meet the clients need
• Responsible primarily for successful implementation of SAP, providing functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on SAP products to clients
• Carry out complex or novel assignments

Job

• Must possess min of 1-3 yrs of experience in SAP SF EC or minimum of 1 implementation and support project
• Minimum One -Life cycle implementation of any SF modules i.e.,EC, PMGM, RM, on boarding, Succession Development, LMS Etc. is must
• Certification in any of the SF modules is must
• Should have strong functional knowledge of the system
• Should be organized and focused on delivering tasks within defined deadlines
• Must be dynamic, flexible and possess perseverance skills
• Experience in customer relationship management using highly professional verbal and oral communication skills

• Should have understanding of business objectives and organization structure
• The candidate must have strong work ethics andtrustworthiness
• The candidate should work accurately with attention to detail by maintaining confidentiality and integrity

Preferred Skills

• SFECPor SAP HR payroll exp will be an added advantage
• Good knowledge of the SAP SuccessFactors solution framework, ASAP and ACTIVATE methodologies
• The candidate should have a good problem-solving approach
• Must be good in Microsoft Office (Advanced)
• Self-motivated, fast learner with the ability to operate independently
