Job summary

Rolling Arrays seeks an HRIS Delivery Lead to drive end-to-end HRIS implementations for complex client engagements. You will design, configure, and optimize HRIS modules, while guiding junior consultants and managing client relationships.

The role demands strong cross-functional collaboration, strategic problem solving, and a proactive approach to risk and quality assurance across multiple modules such as Core HR, Talent Acquisition, and Payroll.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
• 4-7 years of HRIS experience with at least 3 full-cycle implementations.
• Deep expertise in HRIS modules (Core HR, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Payroll).
• Strong communication, leadership and client management skills.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Design & Configuration: Lead requirements workshops and design functional solutions for complex scenarios. Configure HRIS modules ensuring adherence to best practices and optimization
• Client Engagement: Manage day-to-day client relationships and act as a trusted advisor. Proactively identify and resolve project risks and client concerns
• Quality Assurance: Oversee SIT and UAT cycles and ensure quality signoffs on deliverables. Review junior team members' configuration for accuracy and completeness
• Mentoring & Knowledge Sharing: Guide and mentor Associate and Junior Consultants on the project. Document and share module best practices and lessons learned
