Job summary

Infocus Technologies Pvt ltd is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Consultant with around 2 years of hands-on experience in configuration, implementation, enhancement, and production support activities.

The candidate should have a good understanding of Core HR processes and practical experience in configuring Employee Central functionalities, including data models, foundation objects, MDF objects, and RBPs, along with EC integrations to Payroll/HRIS.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central experience.
• Strong knowledge of Core HR / Hire-to-Retire processes.
• Experience in MDF Objects, Foundation Objects, Associations, and Data Models.
• Experience with Business Rules, Workflows, Event Reasons, and Event Derivations.
• Experience in incident resolution and application support.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central based on business requirements.
• Perform fit-gap analysis against standard SF EC functionality.
• Configure Foundation Objects, MDF Objects, Associations, and Data Models.
• Configure and maintain Business Rules, Workflows, Event Reasons, and Derivations.
• Work on Role-Based Permissions (RBP), Permission Groups, and Dynamic Groups.
• Handle employee lifecycle processes: Hire, Rehire, Transfer, Promotion, Job/Position changes, Termination.
• Support EC integrations with Payroll, HRIS, and third-party systems.
• Participate in testing activities: Unit, SIT, UAT, regression.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Consultant with around 2 years of hands-on experience in configuration, implementation, enhancement, and production support activities.

The candidate should have a good understanding of Core HR processes and practical experience in configuring Employee Central functionalities.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central based on business requirements.
• Understand business requirements and perform fit-gap analysis against standard SF EC functionality.
• Configure Foundation Objects, MDF Objects, Associations, and Data Models.
• Configure and maintain Business Rules, Workflows, Event Reasons, and Event Reason Derivations.
• Work on Role-Based Permissions (RBP), Permission Groups, and Dynamic Groups.
• Support employee lifecycle processes including:
• Hire
• Rehire
• Transfer
• Promotion
• Job/Position changes
• Termination
• Work on Position Management and organizational structures.
• Perform employee data imports, data validation, and error resolution.
• Support EC integrations with Payroll, HRIS, and third-party systems.
• Participate in testing activities including Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, and regression testing.
• Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test cases, and user documentation.
• Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and perform root-cause analysis.
• Coordinate with business users and other SAP/HR technology teams.
• Support quarterly SuccessFactors releases and assess the impact of new features.

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Strong understanding of Core HR / Hire-to-Retire processes.

• Experience in Time Off / Time Tracking.
• Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding.
• Knowledge of Integration Center, OData APIs, or SAP Integration Suite.
• Experience in at least one end-to-end SF EC implementation.
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification preferred.
• Exposure to additional SuccessFactors modules such as Recruiting, Performance & Goals, or Compensation.
