Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced Tech Support/Sr. Process Associate to join our Domestic Tech Support Voice process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi and a minimum of 1 year of on-paper experience in a BPO Voice role (Domestic or International). The role involves resolving customer queries related to technical support.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound/outbound voice calls and provide technical support to customers.
Resolve customer queries related to product/services.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Adhere to process guidelines and ensure compliance with quality standards.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 1 year of on-paper experience in BPO Voice (Domestic or International).
Skills: Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.

Shift: Rotational Shift with one rotational week off.
Age: Up to 35 years.
Transportation: 1-way cab facility during night shifts.
