Job summary

IntouchCX in Hyderabad is seeking candidates with 6 months+ experience in an International Voice Process and C1-level English to join our team. You will handle inbound/outbound calls, resolve issues, and maintain high service quality.

Rotational night shifts may be required. We offer a two-way cab facility and a supportive work environment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience in International Voice Process.
• Freshers are not eligible.
• Excellent spoken and written English with C1-level proficiency.
• Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts.

International Voice Process Customer Support

We are looking for experienced and customer-focused professionals to join our International Voice Process team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should possess C1-level English communication skills, excellent verbal fluency, and strong customer-handling abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  
• Understand customer concerns and provide accurate, timely, and effective resolutions.
  
• Deliver a high standard of customer service while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  
• Adhere to established process procedures, quality parameters, and performance standards.
  
• Record and update customer interactions accurately in the internal system.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of experience in an International Voice Process is mandatory.

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts as per business requirements.
