Job Summary:We are seeking a Sr. Process Associate for our International Voice Process in the telecom industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in English and a minimum of 8 months of on-paper experience in international customer support voice. The role involves resolving customer queries, complaints, and providing tech support related to telecom and broadband services.

Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred or a maximum of 30 days notice period.
