Job Title: Team Member- EnterpriseResource Planning (ERP)

Job Purpose:

To support the IT team in managing and optimizing ERP systems (SAP and related applications) for seamless business operations across the solar cell manufacturing plant. This role ensures accurate data flow, system reliability, and integration with other IT infrastructure, contributing to operational efficiency and compliance with organizational standards.

• Assist in implementation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP ERP modules relevant to manufacturing operations.
• Provide first-level support for ERP-related issues and coordinate resolution with vendors or higher-level support.
• Monitor ERP system performance and ensure timely updates, patches, and backups.
• Collaborate with functional teams (Finance, Production, Supply Chain) to ensure ERP processes align with business needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation of ERP configurations, workflows, and user access.
• Support integration of ERP with other IT systems and automation tools.
• Ensure compliance with data security and IT governance policies within ERP environment.
• Participate in ERP-related projects, including upgrades and enhancements.
• Train plant users on ERP functionalities and best practices.
• Engage in continuous learning on SAP and emerging ERP technologies.

• Accuracy of transactional data in ERP
• Mean Time to Resolve (MTTR) for ERP incidents

Qualifications

Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Certifications/ Trainings

• SAP ERP Basics or Module-specific certification (preferred)

Experience:

• Experience: Minimum 06–10 years of experience in ERP support and IT infrastructure within manufacturing or process industries
• Preferred: Exposure to SAP implementation, automation systems, and cybersecurity in industrial environments
• Functional: Problem Solving, Technical Accuracy, Documentation

Working Conditions:

• This role will be carried out within a manufacturing plant environment located near Rajkot.
• Location: This role is based at our manufacturing facility located near Rajkot.
• Work Environment: The position operates primarily within a plant environment, which may involve exposure to noise, machinery, and varying temperatures.
• Work Schedule: Standard working hours with occasional requirements for extended hours based on operational needs. Shift-based work may be applicable depending on the role and department.
• Travel Requirements: Minimal travel is expected; however, occasional visits to vendors, training centers, or other company locations may be required.
• Safety Gear: Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as helmets, safety shoes, and ear protection is mandatory in designated areas.
