Qualifications

• Minimum 06–10 years of experience in electrical maintenance within solar cell manufacturing.
• Experience with advanced solar technologies like TOPCon, HJT, or automated production systems.
• Certified in Electrical Safety and Energy Management.
• Experience with SAP PM/MM, Electrical CAD, CMMS.

Responsibilities

• Support the electrical team in ensuring reliable operation, maintenance, and optimization of electrical systems.
• Assist in installation, testing, and maintenance of electrical systems.
• Monitor and troubleshoot electrical issues to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and statutory regulations.
• Maintain accurate documentation including maintenance logs, inspection reports, and electrical drawings.
• Support commissioning and testing of new electrical equipment and systems.
• Collaborate with instrumentation and process teams for integrated plant operations.
• Participate in training sessions and skill development programs.

Job Description

Job Title: Team Member- Electrical

Reporting To: Team Lead- Electrical

Job Purpose:

To support the electrical team inensuring reliable operation, maintenance, and optimization of electricalsystems across the solar cell manufacturing plant and project. This rolecontributes to uninterrupted power supply, equipment safety, and energy efficiency,directly impacting production continuity and plant performance..

• Assist in installation, testing, and maintenanceof electrical systems including power distribution panels, transformers,motors, and drives.
• Monitor and troubleshoot electrical issues tominimize downtime and ensure continuous production.
• Execute preventive and predictive maintenanceschedules as per SOPs.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safetystandards and statutory regulations.
• Maintain accurate documentation includingmaintenance logs, inspection reports, and electrical drawings.
• Support commissioning and testing of newelectrical equipment and systems.
• Collaborate with instrumentation and processteams for integrated plant operations.
• Participate in training sessions and skilldevelopment programs.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors underguidance for electrical-related tasks.

Qualifications

• Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma (preferred)

Experience

Working Conditions

• This role will be carried out within a manufacturing plant environment located near Rajkot.
• Location: This role is based at our manufacturing facility located near Rajkot.
• Work Environment: The position operates primarily within a plant environment, which may involve exposure to noise, machinery, and varying temperatures.
• Work Schedule: Standard working hours with occasional requirements for extended hours based on operational needs. Shift-based work may be applicable depending on the role and department.
• Travel Requirements: Minimal travel is expected; however, occasional visits to vendors, training centers, or other company locations may be required.
• Safety Gear: Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as helmets, safety shoes, and ear protection is mandatory in designated areas.
