Job Title: Team Lead- Store & Warehouse
Job Purpose:
To manage and streamline all store and warehouse operationsduring both the project setup and operational phases of the solar cellmanufacturing plant. This role ensures timely availability, safe storage, andaccurate tracking of materials and equipment, contributing to efficient projectexecution and uninterrupted production.
- Oversee receipt, inspection, storage, andissuance of materials, equipment, and consumables for project and productionneeds.
- Implement inventory control systems (FIFO, LIFO,JIT) and maintain accurate stock records in ERP/SAP.
- Coordinate with project, procurement,production, and quality teams to ensure timely material availability.
- Ensure proper storage of sensitive materialslike wafers, chemicals, and solar-grade components under controlled conditions.
- Manage warehouse layout, space utilization, andmaterial handling equipment for operational efficiency.
- Supervise loading/unloading, packaging, anddispatch activities with proper documentation.
- Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts, andreconciliation to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental,and quality standards (e.g., MSDS, PPE, fire safety).
- Lead and train warehouse staff on SOPs, safety,and ERP usage. [Responsibility 2]

- Inventory accuracy (% deviation between physicaland system stock)

Qualifications
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree inSupply Chain Management, Logistics, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, orrelated field

Experience:
- Experience: Minimum 4–8 years inwarehouse/store operations in a manufacturing or industrial project environment
- Preferred: Experience in solarcell/module manufacturing, semiconductor, or electronics industry; familiaritywith handling cleanroom materials and EHS protocols

Working Conditions:
- Thisrole will be carried out within a manufacturing plant environment located nearRajkot.
- This role is based at our manufacturing facilitylocated near Rajkot.
- Theposition operates primarily within a plant environment, which may involveexposure to noise, machinery, and varying temperatures.
- Standardworking hours with occasionalrequirements for extended hours based on operational needs. Shift-based workmay be applicable depending on the role and department.
- Minimaltravel is expected; however, occasional visits to vendors, training centers, orother company locations may be required.
