Job summary

Paytm in Hyderabad is seeking a sales lead to enrollments and drive city-wise sales. You will manage a team, mobilize resources, and ensure enrollments and usage occur regularly across the area. A strong network and willingness to travel are essential.

You will build a database of key contacts, manage relationships with client personnel, and drive the market race to meet corporate objectives. This role offers an opportunity to grow with Paytm in a dynamic fintech environment.

• Responsible for the Sales enrollments/Sales in the city.
• Do the market race and prepare the list of prospective customers ,
• Handle the Team Members and motivate them for better sales ,
• Ensure the team members are in market where enrollments & usage are done regularly.
• Should have good networking capabilities and be willing to travel extensively throughout their specified areas

Key Role:
