Lorven Technologies Inc. is seeking a Lead - US IT Recruiter in Chennai on-site to drive the full lifecycle for US staffing needs.

You will source, screen, and place IT professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time roles across the United States. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of hands-on US staffing experience, strong knowledge of work authorizations, and proficient sourcing using multiple channels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of US IT recruitment/US staffing experience.
• Strong understanding of US work authorizations.
• Knowledge of W2, C2C, and 1099 tax terms.
• Proficient in sourcing via Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed.
• Experience with MSP/VMS, or Implementation Partners.
• Strong sourcing using Boolean search and X-Ray techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for US IT requirements.
• Analyze client requirements and identify suitable candidates.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
• Conduct initial screening to evaluate technical skills, work authorization, and fit.
• Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Negotiate compensation/rates and facilitate offer discussions.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive IT professionals.
• Track candidate progress and update ATS/CRM systems regularly.
• Build and maintain relationships with consultants, vendors, and clients.
• Ensure timely submissions and meet recruitment targets and SLAs.
• Stay updated on US IT market trends, visa policies, and staffing practices.
