Job summary

Lakshmi Life Sciences Limited in Coimbatore seeks an experienced Team Lead Training & Development to drive the annual training calendar and competency initiatives. You will lead DOJO and OJT programs, coordinate cross-functional training and develop training modules with technical teams.

The role requires 8 years in manufacturing training, BE with MBA, and a strong focus on ISO/IMS compliance, training records and MIS reporting.

Qualifications

• BE with MBA, 8+ years of experience in manufacturing L&D or training functions.
• Strong background in building training calendars, competency gaps and skill mapping.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Annual Training Calendar based on training needs and competency gaps.
• Drive DOJO, OJT (On-the-Job Training) and structured technical training programs.
• Manage Skill Matrix, Competency Mapping, Training Need Identification (TNI) and gap analysis.
• Coordinate technical, behavioural, safety, statutory and functional training programs.
• Develop training modules, work instructions and training materials with technical teams.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback and post-training performance.
• Coordinate with internal trainers, external consultants and training vendors.
• Maintain training records and ensure ISO/IMS training compliance.
• Support multiskilling, cross-functional training and job rotation initiatives.
• Prepare Training MIS, dashboards and management reports for continuous improvement.
