Job summary

JSW Steel in Navi Mumbai is seeking a senior L&D leader to manage end-to-end training programs across levels, including induction, soft skills, technical skills, and leadership development.

The role requires conducting Training Needs Analysis, developing customized learning solutions, and partnering with stakeholders to align initiatives with business goals. You will evaluate impact and drive continuous improvement across the workforce.

Qualifications

• 15-20 years of experience in Learning & Development or related field.
• MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations or equivalent qualification.
• Proven expertise in Training Delivery, Management, TNA, Soft Skills Training, Technical Skills Training, Leadership Development.
