Job description

Authority

To plan, coordinate, and implement training programs across the plant.
To coordinate with all departments for execution of the training calendar.
To assist in selection and evaluation of internal and external trainers.
To maintain and update training systems, records, and compliance requirements.
To drive learning and development initiatives for skill enhancement.

Responsibility

To conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) for all levels/categories of employees and prepare an annual training plan.
To design and implement the Training Calendar and ensure timely execution of all scheduled programs.
To organize and conduct Induction Programs for new employees.
To promote multi-skill development and capability building of employees through structured training programs.
To coordinate with internal and external trainers for effective delivery of training sessions.
To maintain all training records including attendance, feedback, and evaluation reports.
To assess training effectiveness through post-training evaluations and recommend improvements.
To support HR in implementing Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) and employee development initiatives.
To ensure delivery of training related to Safety, QSE, BBS, and Life Saving Rules on a regular basis.
To ensure adherence to company guidelines through training.
To provide training and support for digital tools/apps (such as safety reporting applications).
To identify skill gaps and recommend appropriate training interventions.
To manage training budgets and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources.
To ensure compliance with all statutory and legal training requirements as applicable to factory operations.
