Job summary

Besmak Components in Tamil Nadu is seeking an experienced Learning and Development professional to design and manage induction, training calendars, and learning programs for manufacturing staff.

You will analyze training needs, execute plans, assess outcomes, administer the LMS, and drive continuous improvement initiatives like TEI and Kaizen.

Qualifications

• BE or MBA with relevant experience in Learning and Development.
• 6–10 years of experience in manufacturing industry.
• Experience designing induction and training programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver structured induction programs for new hires and role transitions.
• Identify training requirements through performance reviews and stakeholder inputs.
• Prepare and manage the annual training calendar.
• Conduct pre- and post-training assessments to measure learning outcomes.
• Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives such as TEI, Kaizen and QCC.
• Coordinate with auditors for training-related compliance.

• Induction & Onboarding
  • Design and deliver structured induction programs for new hires and employees transitioning into new roles.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding experience aligned with organizational culture and policies.
• Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
  • Identify training requirements through performance reviews, business needs, and stakeholder inputs.
  • Align training initiatives with organizational goals.
• Training Planning & Execution
  • Prepare and manage the annual training calendar.
  • Ensure effective execution and adherence to planned training schedules.
• Learning Effectiveness & Assessment
  • Conduct pre- and post-training assessments to measure learning outcomes.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, performance metrics, and ROI indicators.
• LMS Administration
  • Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Ensure accurate training records, reporting, and user engagement.
• Continuous Improvement Initiatives
  • Facilitate and promote initiatives such as TEI, Kaizen, and Quality Control Circles (QCC).
  • Encourage a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Audit & Compliance
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors for training-related compliance.
