Delhivery seeks an experienced Last Mile Operations Manager to oversee daily delivery center activities, plan routes, allocate manpower, supervise Delivery Executives, and ensure timely shipments. You will monitor KPIs, manage escalations, and coordinate with hubs and customer service to maintain service quality.

The role emphasizes adherence to SOPs, safety protocols, and daily MIS reporting, with a focus on productivity improvements and on-time delivery.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end daily Last Mile Operations at the Delivery Center.
• Plan and allocate manpower based on daily shipment volume and operational requirements.
• Supervise and manage Delivery Executives / Field Executives and ensure optimum productivity.
• Plan delivery routes and ensure timely dispatch and delivery of shipments.
• Monitor shipment performance, pending shipments, undelivered shipments and RTO.
• Track operational KPIs, productivity and SLA adherence.
• Ensure proper attendance, discipline and manpower availability.
• Handle customer and operational escalations and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with Hub, Customer Service and other internal teams for smooth shipment movement.
• Conduct daily team briefings and communicate operational targets.
• Monitor delivery quality and ensure adherence to company SOPs and processes.
• Prepare and maintain daily MIS / operational reports.
• Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions to improve productivity and service quality.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security and operational guidelines.
