Job summary

Connect India E-commerce Services Pvt Ltd in Tamil Nadu seeks a Logistics Operations Supervisor to oversee daily inbound stock, routing, outbound dispatch and rider management.

You will track SLA/TAT, manage MIS reporting in Excel, and handle discrepancies like RTO and NDR, bringing 2–4 years in e-commerce or last-mile logistics.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in e-commerce, courier, or last-mile logistics operations.
• Strong problem-solving under pressure and local area knowledge.
• Experience with MIS reporting and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily inbound stock, sorting, routing, and outbound dispatch.
• Monitor SLA & TAT to ensure timely deliveries and minimize delays.
• Manage rider onboarding, attendance, shift allocation, and productivity.
• Track discrepancies (RTO, NDR) and damaged or lost inventory.
• Maintain MIS reports and update performance metrics in Excel or logistics software.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Operations: Manage inbound stock, sorting, route planning, and outbound dispatch.
• SLA & TAT Tracking: Ensure deliveries meet timelines (Turnaround Time) and reduce pending or delayed shipments.
• Team & Rider Management: Handle rider onboarding, attendance, shift allocation, and productivity tracking.
• Discrepancy Handling: Monitor Return to Origin (RTO), Non-Delivery Reports (NDR), and damaged or lost inventory.
• Reporting: Maintain MIS reports and update performance metrics using Excel or logistics software. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6]

Requirements & Skills

• Experience: 2 to 4 years in e-commerce, courier, or last-mile logistics operations.
