About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist with 3–5 years of recruitment experience to join our growing team in Pune.

In this role, you will manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for multiple clients, partnering closely with hiring managers and recruiters to identify, engage, and hire top talent. You will leverage modern sourcing techniques, AI tools, and recruitment technologies to deliver exceptional hiring results while maintaining an excellent candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to offer rollout.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
• Conduct candidate screening and initial qualification interviews.
• Assess technical and functional fit based on client requirements.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Provide regular recruitment updates and pipeline reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Develop compelling outreach messages to improve candidate response rates.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring priorities and recruitment strategies.
• Stay informed about market trends, talent availability, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring activities.
• Utilise AI-powered recruiting tools to improve sourcing efficiency and candidate engagement.
• Ensure recruitment processes comply with company standards and client expectations.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Experience recruiting for IT, Engineering, Product, Cloud, Infrastructure, Data, or Software roles.
• Strong expertise in sourcing passive candidates.
• Hands‑on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with international clients (US, Europe, or APAC).
• Familiarity with sourcing automation tools such as N8N, Zapier, Apollo.io, Reply.io, Dripify, or similar platforms.
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Copilot for recruitment.
• Exposure to Boolean search, X‑Ray search, and advanced sourcing techniques.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
