TritonExec is seeking an Associate/Sr. Associate - Sourcing in Gurugram to drive top-of-funnel talent搜 sourcing, market research, and pipeline building for recruitment teams. You will craft personalized outreach and build talent maps to reduce time-to-hire.

You will engage passive candidates, maintain candidate data in internal trackers, and provide market insights on salary trends and talent availability. This role emphasizes proactive sourcing and collaboration with Talent Partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• Experience in sourcing, recruitment, talent acquisition or RPO environments.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search and sourcing tools.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Job Title: Associate/Sr. Associate - Sourcing

Location: Gurugram

Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sourcer to support talent acquisition activities by identifying and engaging potential candidates across various roles and industries. The role involves candidate sourcing, talent mapping, market research, and pipeline building to support recruitment teams and hiring objectives.

You will be focusing on the top of the funnel identifying, researching and engaging potential passive candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Use advanced search techniques like Boolean search on platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri and any AI tools to find volume/niche talent.
• Proactively create "talent maps" and maintain a steady pool of qualified candidates for future openings to reduce time-to-hire.
• Craft personalized, brand-aligned recruiting emails and messages to spark interest in the client company and its roles.
• Partner with Talent Partners and Account Area Leads to define "ideal candidate" personas and align on sourcing strategies.
• Screen candidate profiles against job requirements and share qualified talent pipelines.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and sourcing data within internal systems/trackers.
• Provide insights into competitor talent pools, salary trends, and market availability.
• Track sourcing metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends, talent availability, and sourcing best practices.
