• Ability to work primarily U.S. business hours from India.
• Experience with ATS/HR platforms; Greenhouse preferred.
• Strong sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for U.S.-based roles across Mainframe, Infrastructure, and Digital Consulting teams.
• Partner with U.S. hiring managers to understand role requirements, team needs, and market conditions.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Screen candidates for technical fit, experience, compensation, and work authorization.
• Coordinate interview processes and provide timely feedback to candidates.
• Leverage Greenhouse to post roles, review applications, and move candidates through interviews.
• Utilize Workday to hire candidates into the system accurately.
• Build pipelines for high-demand skill areas including mainframe, cloud, and digital roles.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support offers and onboarding handoffs.
• Track recruiting activity, pipeline health, and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Stay current on U.S. talent market trends and sourcing best practices.

Talent Acquisition Specialist - US Hiring Support

Location: Pune, India | Work Arrangement: Hybrid

Schedule: Primarily U.S. business hours

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Pune, India to support hiring for our U.S. business. This role will primarily focus on recruiting talent across our Mainframe, Infrastructure, and Digital Consulting organizations.

The ideal candidate is a proactive, consultative recruiter who is comfortable partnering with U.S.-based hiring managers, managing full-cycle recruitment, and recruiting across multiple technical skill areas. This role requires availability to work primarily U.S. hours and the ability to work in a hybrid model from our Pune office.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for U.S.-based roles across Mainframe, Infrastructure, and Digital Consulting teams.
• Partner closely with U.S. hiring managers and business leaders to understand role requirements, team needs, hiring priorities, and market conditions.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, talent communities, and direct outreach.
• Screen candidates for technical fit, experience, compensation expectations, work authorization, and overall alignment with role requirements.
• Coordinate interview processes, provide timely candidate feedback, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Utilize our Applicant Tracking System Greenhouse to post roles, review applications, and move candidates through the interview process and hire process.
• Use our HRIS Workday to hire candidates into the system accurately.
• Build and maintain pipelines for high-demand skill areas, including mainframe technologies, infrastructure, cloud, consulting, and digital transformation roles.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support offer processes, hiring approvals, and onboarding handoffs.
• Track recruiting activity, pipeline health, and hiring progress; provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Stay current on U.S. talent market trends, sourcing best practices, and competitive hiring intelligence.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in talent acquisition and technical recruiting, preferably supporting U.S. hiring.
• Strong experience sourcing and recruiting for IT roles across areas such as infrastructure, mainframe, cloud, application development, consulting, or digital services.
• Ability to work primarily U.S. business hours from India.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and HR platforms; experience with Greenhouse preferred.
• Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting tools.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and candidate engagement skills.
