Job summary

Campusuni Career Llp is seeking a proactive admissions counsellor to manage enquiries, track calls and nurture qualified leads through to application and admission. You will ensure fair lead distribution, adhere to the defined SLA, and monitor the end-to-end process from counselling to confirmed admission.

Join us to supervise counsellor activity, handle fee-related objections, review documents, and coordinate with admissions operations.

Responsibilities

• Track calls, meaningful conversations, qualified leads, follow-ups and applications.
• Ensure leads are distributed fairly and contacted within the defined SLA.
• Monitor the pipeline from counselling to application, eligibility confirmation, fee payment and confirmed admission.
• Ensure no active, interested student is missed and all due follow-ups are completed.
• Daily, Weekly, Monthly admission target achieved
• Conduct daily huddles, product training, role-plays and performance reviews.
• 100% CRM compliance and timely daily reports
