Job summary

Woxsen University in Hyderabad is seeking an energetic Education Counsellor to engage prospective students through inbound and outbound calls, explain programs, eligibility, fees and career opportunities.

You will assess academic backgrounds, recommend suitable programs, follow up via calls, emails and WhatsApp, and guide applicants through the admissions process to ensure timely completion and a positive experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in education counselling or admissions preferred.
• Strong communication and CRM skills essential.
• Ability to guide applicants through admission steps.
