You will monitor counsellor activity, handle fee-related objections, review documents, and coordinate with university representatives to sustain admissions momentum.

• Support difficult counselling cases and fee-related objections.
• Review verified documents and pending applications.
• Intervene early when a counsellor falls behind target.
• Coordinate with admissions operations or university representatives.

Responsibilities

• Track calls, meaningful conversations, qualified leads, follow-ups and applications.
• Ensure leads are distributed fairly and contacted within the defined SLA.
• Monitor the pipeline from counselling to application, eligibility confirmation, fee payment and confirmed admission.
• Ensure no active, interested student is missed and all due follow-ups are completed.
• Daily, Weekly, Monthly admission target achieved.
• Conduct daily huddles, product training, role-plays and performance reviews.
• 100% CRM compliance and timely daily reports.
