upGrad is seeking a Senior Admission Counsellor to drive enrollments by counselling potential learners, conducting Video Counselling sessions, and converting qualified leads while achieving revenue targets.

The role requires 2+ years of EdTech sales experience, a minimum of 1 year stability in previous roles, and graduation. Candidates will engage with leads, assess learner needs, and recommend programs, with strong CRM discipline and performance incentives.
