Ipcsglobal Solutions in Kerala is seeking an enthusiastic EdTech counsellor to guide prospective students in selecting suitable courses and handle walk-ins, calls, and online inquiries.

The role involves generating leads, achieving monthly admission targets, maintaining follow-ups, organizing seminars, and building relations with colleges and corporate partners, all while maintaining databases and supporting branch marketing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the EdTech industry is mandatory.
• Experience in academic counselling or student admissions is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and target-oriented approach.
• Good follow-up and relationship management skills.
• Good convincing and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
