• Track team performance, identify gaps, and implement strategies to improve conversions.
• Ensure timely follow-ups, accurate CRM updates, and adherence to admission processes.
• Handle escalations from students and parents and coordinate with internal teams.
• Prepare regular performance reports and ensure achievement of team targets
