Job summary

Bonito Designs in Gurugram seeks an experienced outbound sales leader to manage a large team of 78 Customer Outreach Executives. You will drive daily, weekly, and monthly targets, optimise conversion, and ensure quality in every interaction.

You will coach, audit calls, monitor metrics, and collaborate with sales/design teams to maintain a smooth lead flow. A strong emphasis on data-driven decisions and market awareness will help elevate performance and revenue.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of outbound sales experience with at least 12 years in a team-handling role.
• Proven experience in managing target-driven sales teams.
• Strong leadership, coaching, attrition and team and management skills.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Strong understanding of sales funnels, lead qualification, Team productivity and efficiency levels and conversion metrics.
• Ability to analyze data and drive performance improvements.
