Job summary

Bonito Designs in Bengaluru seeks a results-driven Sales Team Lead to guide a large outbound outreach team and reach daily, weekly, and monthly targets. You will oversee 78 Customer Outreach Executives, drive effective lead qualification, and monitor performance metrics to optimize revenue contributions.

Expect strong leadership, coaching, and data-driven insights to build a high-performance culture in a six-day workweek. Collaboration with Sales and Design teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of outbound sales experience with a team-handling role, proven leadership capability.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and drive performance improvements across a sales team.
• Strong analytical skills to monitor funnel, productivity, quality and revenue metrics.
• Excellent communication and decision-making abilities to guide the team.

Responsibilities

• Stay updated on market trends, real estate, and interior design insights to guide the team effectively
• Foster a high-performance, accountable, and positive team culture
• Take ownership of targets in a six-day work environment

Experience & Education

• 4-6 years of experience in outbound sales with at least 12 years in a team handling role
• Proven experience in managing target-driven sales teams
• Strong leadership, coaching, Attrition and team and management skills
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Strong understanding of sales funnels, lead qualification, Team productivity and efficiency levels and conversion metrics
